ENFORCING CONTRACT

According to Plan for law formulation and revision in 2019 approved by the National Assembly, Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the People’s Supreme Court and other related agencies will worked on revising Law on Civil Procedure, Law on Court Fees, Law on Contract, Law on Judgment Enforcement, Court Decision and formulate sub-legislations needed to close implementation gap for enforcing contract and and court proceeding procedures
